A poster session for young researchers. If you want to present a poster on your current research project in our poster session, please choose the appropriate entry in the registration form. Secondly, send an abstract until June 30, 2013 to the organizers.

You will be notified about the acceptance of your poster by July 15, 2013.
 

Social programme:

Offers for excursions on Wednesday afternoon.
Conference dinner on Thursday evening.

 

Registration & Grant Application

Participation at OMPC 2013 will be free of charge but the number of participants is limited.

Registration via the registration form by July 31st 2013 is mandatory.

For young researchers, SADCO will offer a limited number of grants to cover the local expenses. The deadline to apply is 30 April 2013. Please refere to the Grants page for the detailed application procedure.

 

Important dates


April 30, 2013: Deadline for grant applications

Mid-May, 2013: Decisions for grants will be sent out
 
June 30, 2013: Deadline for abstracts for the poster session

July 15, 2013: Notification upon the acceptance of submitted abstracts for the poster session
 
July 31, 2013: Deadline for registration
When booking a room at the youth hostel, you must register by July 15, 2013.
 
September 9, 2013: OMPC 2013 starts
 
 

Accommodation & Travel

 

Several  accommodation options are proposed. The costs have to be paid directly at the hotel by the participant.
