  • Objective and organization 

The aim of the workshop New Horizons on Optimal Control 2014 is to promote, encourage, and forge new collaborations and understanding among researchers working on optimal control and optimization.

This workshop, held in the beautiful seaside city of Cascais, 25 kms away from Lisbon, will be an opportunity for all the participants to interact, discuss new challenges and the latest developments in the field and foster new research collaborations.

There will be 27 invited speakers presenting talks of 40 minutes on various aspects of optimal control.
