SADCO Upcoming Events

  • Industrial Workshop on "Safety Systems, Driver Assistance and Optimal Control" - DAOC, Jan 27-28 2014, Wolfsburg, Germany

This two-day workshop will include talks by two invited speakers: Prof. Dr. John Lygeros (ETH Zürich) and Dr. Jürgen Pannek (Bundeswehruniversität München) and by members of the SADCO network and VW AG, as well as some live exhibitions and visits at the Autostadt.
More information is available at DAOC.
This is an internal event and registration is now closed.

  • SADCO-WIAS Young Research Workshop 2014, Jan 29-31 2014, Berlin, Germany

The second edition of the Young Researcher Workshop intends to gather current and past SADCO fellows with contributions from WIAS researchers, in order to share overviews and backgrounds on subjects related to the optimal control of Partial Differential Equations (PDE) and Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE).

For more information and to register, please visit SADCO-WIAS

  • Conference on New Trends in Optimal Control - NETCO 2014, June 23-27 2014, Tours, France

NETCO is the final conference of the SADCO project, co-organized with the French ANR project HJ-Net.
The objective of NETCO is to gather researchers from the optimization and optimal control community. Researchers will have the opportunity to interact and discuss the latest trends and results in these fields as well as to review advances and challenges in industry, with a view to presenting the state of the art and developing new research collaborations
For more details and to register, see the poster and visit
Deadline for pre-registration, grant application and abstracts for proposals of contributed talks and posters: 15 Jan 2014

Other upcoming events of interest

- 4 workshops (Shape and topological optimization, Variational methods in imaging, Geometric control and related fields, Optimal Transport in the Applied Sciences)
- 2 schools (Imaging, Optimal Transport in the Applied Sciences)
